You know, right now, depending on what
study you read, we're somewhere between
8 and 10% saturated, meaning that
there's over 90% of the marketplace is
wide open. So, people say, "Oh, well,
you can't make money with real estate."
Yes, you can, cuz over 90% of the
market's wide open. But that is pretty
simple. You don't You're basically just
fly the drone up and you position it
towards the house. You move the camera
gimbal down and you just hit a button on
a controller and then you send it off to
a video editor or a photo editor and
then they make it just even an amazing
picture even more amazing. And I know
that's hard for professional
photographers to hear because they've
spent 10, 15, 20 years to get the same
quality pictures that I can teach
someone how to do in 15 minutes and it
blows their mind. But the technology is
what allows that. And again, doing
something like that, real estate
photography is fairly simple. We call it
lowhanging fruit because it's the
fastest path to cash. It's easy to do.
It doesn't require a lot of skill, a lot
of practice, a lot of knowledge. It
doesn't require a big investment in as
far as equipment goes. So, you can just
get out there and get started. Couple
that with something like a nuclear power
plant inspection or if you're doing an
oil refinery spec inspection and doing
like fleer stack inspections. You know,
just the equipment alone you would need
to do that are is probably going to run
you around $350,000
per equipped drone. And if you're doing
a professional project like that, you
got to have a backup. So, you got to
have two drones. So, you're looking at a
minimum of $700,000 in equipment. Plus,
you got to have a lot of knowledge and a
lot of flight experience. And then
there's a whole lot of other stuff
that's on the back end. It's a bigger
investment. It's a whole lot more skill
and knowledge and stuff that's involved.
And you look at the the customer
acquisition process. How many houses are
for sale out there versus how many oil
refineries are there out there, right?
So it's a it's a there's way more
houses, so it's way easier. And then
also the sales cycle. You can go do a
real estate presentation for a real
estate brokerage and you could walk out
with 25, 30 clients in less than an
hour, but it might take you a year, two,
three years to close a refinary stack
inspection, right? Because these bigger
bigger projects, bigger dollars, which
are sexier, but more investment, more
skill, more knowledge, you know,
everything else. So, I think starting
out getting going for the lowhanging
fruit is definitely the way to go. You
know, it's just the simple crawl, walk,
run. And the great thing about when you
start with some of these easier jobs, a
lot of people don't want to do that cuz
they're like, "Oh, that's beneath me. I
want the sexy big giant job, you know."
But as you start with those smaller
jobs, you build not only your confidence
and your systems and your infrastructure
and you build your team and your
processes and all that stuff ends up
being the foundation that you can then
scale and grow to do these other big
projects. And one of the things I love
about real estate is realtors are
amazing networkers. So, you will
organically, as you build your real
estate portfolio with clients and all
these realtors, you're going to all of a
sudden get all kinds of crazy deals and
all kinds of other projects and you'll
be doing car dealerships and stuff for
the tourism board and you'll be doing
stuff for the city and you'll be doing
stuff for the planning commission and
maybe the core of engineers and all this
stuff that you would have never had the
opportunity to do. But because of the
relationships you've built with your
realtors and the realtors networking
with everyone, it leads to all this
other stuff. In the meantime, you're
getting to build your confidence, your
knowledge, your systems,
